SHOP POLICIES
Earring Care:
I hand make each earring myself. I take lots of time on each pair to make sure that they have little to no flaws and are durable. Most of my pieces are made with clay. Due to the nature of the clay, there is a chance that they might have minor imperfections. Once clay is baked, there is a chance for tiny bubbles to appear. With that being said, I never send out pieces that I am not happy with.
Please do not bend your earrings or get them wet. They are made to be durable but can still break/wear if not handled properly. I suggest storing them in the box they are sent in. Use rubbing alcohol to clean your earrings.
For pieces that have brass components, make sure to store in a dry area. They are prone to tarnish but do not be worried, brass can be cleaned back to its nice copper shade. I clean my brass with some lemon juice and a cotton swab.
Shipping:
Once your package has left my possession and entered the possession of USPS or any other shipping providers, I am no longer responsible for it. I am not liable for the process time of USPS. If weeks go by and you still haven't received your item, please contact your local post office or file a "missing claim" on USPS website. I will try to help as much as I can but please understand that I can not refund or send out another package.
Refunds:
I do not offer refunds. If your product was damaged during shipping, I will send you a new product if i'm able to recreate that pair. If not, we will discuss another option. If your product breaks within 30 days of your purchase, I will also replace (if possible.) Please send me an email with a photo of the damaged piece and how it was damaged. After the 30 days is up, I am no longer liable to the wear and tear of your earrings. It is the buyers responsibility to maintain the piece.
Customs:
I do offer customs! I require the earrings be paid in full before I make them. This insures that I get paid for the work that goes into creating a custom. I will make sure you are happy and send you updates as they are being made.
I own all rights to customs. I can remake a custom pair and sell them on my storefront (unless this is something we discussed.)
